Data controller

Aivaro AB, Risåsgatan 3, 411 22 Göteborg, Sweden, is the controller for the processing of personal data described in this policy. Questions about privacy are welcome at connect@aivaro.se.

What we collect

  • Contact form — name, email address, company and your message, when you book an intro call or contact us.
  • Analytics — pseudonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device type), used to understand how the site is used. Set only if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Technical logs — our hosting provider logs IP addresses and requests for operations and security.

Why we process it (legal basis)

  • To respond to your enquiry and set up meetings — steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To improve the website through aggregated analytics — your consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To operate and secure the website — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Sharing and processors

We never sell personal data. Data is processed on our behalf by Vercel (hosting), Google (analytics) and Resend (email delivery) under data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is safeguarded by the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism.

Retention

  • Contact enquiries are kept for as long as our dialogue is active, and no longer than 24 months after the last contact.
  • Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

Cookies

The site asks for your consent before setting analytics cookies from Google Analytics (such as _ga); if you decline, no analytics cookies are set and the site works exactly the same. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer, and you can always block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Contact connect@aivaro.se to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se).
